By completing this form I hereby state that I am a current member of Great Western Paso Fino Horse Association and eligible to cast a vote in the 2010/2011 election.

Members voting via website ballot must use the verifiable e-mail address used on their 2009 membership form.  

Ballots may be cast in person at the 2009 Membership Meeting on 10 October 2009 in Cottonwood, AZ.  Absentee ballots must be postmarked no later than 30 September 2009.  Members may also send their signed Proxy with other members who are attending the Membership meeting.
